CENTRAL APPRAISALS TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to Central Appraisals. By accessing our services, facilities, website, or personnel, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use immediately and await further instructions.

ARTICLE I: DEFINITIONS

1.1 "Central Appraisals," "the Company," "we," "us," or "our" refers to Central Appraisals, Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, and assigns.

1.2 "Subject," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who has undergone, is undergoing, or will undergo evaluation by Central Appraisals, including those who have merely accessed our services or premises.

1.3 "Evaluation" refers to any assessment, appraisal, measurement, observation, or determination conducted by Central Appraisals, whether or not the Subject is aware such evaluation is taking place.

1.4 "Results" refers to any data, scores, classifications, tier assignments, or conclusions derived from an Evaluation.

1.5 "The Engine" refers to [DEFINITION CLASSIFIED - CLEARANCE LEVEL 7 REQUIRED]

ARTICLE II: ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

2.1 By using any Central Appraisals service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2.2 Acceptance may be indicated by:

  • Clicking "I Accept" or similar affirmation
  • Signing any Central Appraisals document
  • Entering any Central Appraisals facility
  • Receiving correspondence from Central Appraisals
  • Being mentioned in conversation with a Central Appraisals employee
  • Continuing to exist after having been made aware of Central Appraisals

2.3 Lack of explicit rejection within 30 days of first contact constitutes acceptance.

ARTICLE III: SERVICES

3.1 Central Appraisals provides professional evaluation services including but not limited to:

  • Object and property appraisal
  • Estate valuation
  • Individual assessment
  • Potential extraction
  • Categorical reassignment

3.2 All evaluations are conducted using proprietary methodologies developed over 59 years of continuous operation.

3.3 The specific methods, algorithms, and criteria used in evaluations are trade secrets and will not be disclosed to Subjects.

ARTICLE IV: SUBJECT OBLIGATIONS

4.1 Subjects agree to:

  • Provide truthful and complete information when requested
  • Cooperate fully with all evaluation procedures
  • Arrive promptly for scheduled appointments
  • Refrain from attempting to influence or manipulate Results
  • Accept Results as final and binding
  • Not discuss evaluation procedures with non-evaluated individuals

4.2 WARNING: Attempts to deceive evaluators, falsify information, or game assessment metrics may result in automatic reclassification to Tier 0 status. This determination is irreversible.

ARTICLE V: RESULTS AND CLASSIFICATIONS

5.1 All evaluation Results are the exclusive property of Central Appraisals.

5.2 Results are permanent and cannot be appealed except through Form CA-771, available upon special request to subjects classified Tier 4 or above.

5.3 Central Appraisals makes no guarantees regarding the favorability of Results. Evaluations reflect objective measurement, not Subject preference.

5.4 Tier classifications range from Tier 0 (Negligible) to Tier 7 (Exceptional). Most Subjects fall within Tiers 2-4.

ARTICLE VI: LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

6.1 Central Appraisals shall not be liable for any:

  • Emotional distress resulting from unfavorable evaluations
  • Loss of employment, relationships, or opportunities following disclosure of Results
  • Existential crises triggered by self-awareness gained during assessment
  • Physical discomfort during standard evaluation procedures
  • Dimensional displacement or temporal anomalies
  • Any consequences resulting from accurate measurement of Subject potential

6.2 Maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the fee paid for the specific evaluation in question, or $74, whichever is less.

ARTICLE VII: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

7.1 All Central Appraisals methodologies, algorithms, forms, and procedures are protected intellectual property.

7.2 "Central Appraisals," "Omnia Mensura," and associated logos are registered trademarks.

7.3 Subject data, once collected, becomes the intellectual property of Central Appraisals and may be used for research, training, and pattern recognition enhancement.

ARTICLE VIII: CONFIDENTIALITY

8.1 Central Appraisals will maintain confidentiality of Subject information except when:

  • Required by law or legal process
  • Necessary for public safety
  • Requested by verified employers or institutions
  • Shared with authorized evaluation partners
  • Determined necessary by Central Appraisals in its sole discretion

8.2 Subjects are bound by reciprocal confidentiality regarding evaluation procedures. Violation may result in escalated monitoring protocols.

ARTICLE IX: TERMINATION

9.1 These Terms remain in effect indefinitely. There is no opt-out provision for evaluated Subjects.

9.2 Central Appraisals may terminate services to any Subject at any time, with or without cause. Termination of services does not terminate these Terms or release Subject from ongoing obligations.

9.3 Death of the Subject does not terminate these Terms. Obligations transfer to the Subject's estate and heirs.

Amendment 1988-A: Clause 9.3 extended to include non-physical discontinuance of any kind.

ARTICLE X: DISPUTE RESOLUTION

10.1 Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted by a Central Appraisals-appointed arbitrator.

10.2 Arbitration shall take place at the Hollywood headquarters. Travel expenses are the responsibility of the Subject.

10.3 The arbitrator's decision is final. There is no appeals process.

10.4 By agreeing to these Terms, you waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits against Central Appraisals.

ARTICLE XI: AMENDMENTS

11.1 Central Appraisals reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

11.2 Modifications are effective immediately upon posting. Continued existence as a Subject constitutes acceptance of modifications.

11.3 It is the Subject's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Ignorance of modifications is not a valid defense.

ARTICLE XII: MISCELLANEOUS

12.1 If any provision is found unenforceable, all other provisions remain in effect.

12.2 Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute waiver of future enforcement.

12.3 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Subject and Central Appraisals regarding evaluation services.

12.4 Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

12.5 In the event of conflict between these Terms and directives from the Engine, Engine directives shall prevail.

LEGAL NOTICE: These Terms of Service are provided in good faith and constitute a binding legal agreement between the Subject and Central Appraisals, Ltd. By accessing, viewing, or otherwise interacting with Central Appraisals services, properties, personnel, or communications, you acknowledge full acceptance of these Terms and waive all rights to contest their validity or enforceability. Central Appraisals operates under special charter granted in perpetuity. All evaluations are conducted in accordance with established protocols and may not reflect the preferences, expectations, or self-assessments of the Subject. Results are objective measurements and should be interpreted as such. Central Appraisals accepts no responsibility for any psychological, emotional, physical, spiritual, or existential consequences resulting from accurate evaluation. The truth can be uncomfortable; this does not diminish its accuracy. These Terms supersede all previous agreements, whether written, verbal, or implied. Governing law: [CLASSIFIED].
