CURRENT OPENINGS
PROVISIONAL APPRAISER
Central Appraisals is seeking qualified candidates for our provisional appraiser program. This position offers hands-on training in our proprietary evaluation methods under the guidance of senior staff. Successful candidates will assist with object assessment, documentation, and client services.

FACILITIES TECHNICIAN
We are seeking an experienced facilities technician to maintain our climate-controlled evaluation spaces and specialized equipment. This role requires discretion, reliability, and technical expertise.
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in building maintenance or related field
- Familiarity with HVAC, electrical, and security systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings
- Comfortable working in secure areas with limited supervision

RESEARCH ASSISTANT - INDIVIDUAL SERVICES
Dr. Bernadette Zwick, our Director of Individual Services, is seeking a research assistant to support our expanding Individual Appraisal program. This role involves data collection, behavioral observation, and documentation.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Psychology, Sociology, or related field
- Experience with assessment protocols and statistical analysis
- Strong ethical boundaries and commitment to confidentiality
- Comfort with extended observation periods

Step 4: Probationary Period
Selected candidates begin a supervised probationary period with full training and evaluation.
Step 5: Permanent Placement
Upon successful completion of probationary requirements, candidates receive permanent position offers.
